Brine Fluids
We offer a comprehensive portfolio of clear-brine fluids that are displaced in the well once the drilling phase has been completed. These completion fluids are designed to minimize formation damage and control reservoir formation pressures. Our clear-brine completion fluids are typically prepared with soluble salts for density. These fluids are blended to certain specifications to take into consideration densities, TCT (freeze points), PCT (pressure/temperature freeze points), and clarity.
CALCIUM CHLORIDE
Calcium chloride is an inorganic compound, a salt with the chemical formula CaCl2. It is a white colored crystalline solid at room temperature, and it is highly soluble in water. It can be created by neutralizing hydrochloric acid with calcium hydroxide. Calcium chloride is mainly white and grayish white, with flake, spherical, powder and other shapes. It is mainly used for for Oil field , road snow melting agent, desiccant, antifreeze, water treatment, etc.
SODIUM CHLORIDE
We are offering high quality Sodium Chloride. NaCl, also known as salt, common salt, table salt or halite, is an ionic compound with the formula NaCl, representing equal proportions of sodium and chloride. Sodium chloride is the salt most responsible for the salinity of the ocean and of the extracellular fluid of many multi-cellular organisms. As the major ingredient in edible salt, Sodium Chloride is commonly used as a condiment and food preservative.
POTASSIUM CHLORIDE
Potassium chloride is a High Purity, dry crystalline inorganic/metal halide salt composed of potassium and chlorine. It occurs naturally as the mineral slyvite. Potassium chloride is often referred to as muriate of potash, particularly when used as a fertilizer. Potassium Chloride is a white crystalline powder which readily dissolves in water. In solid form it has a weak, bitter, unsalty flavor. Potassium chloride is a naturally occurring mineral.
Calcium Bromide Solution is used as a completion and workover fluid to control wellbore pressures in upstream oil & gas operations. It can be used alone or mixed with calcium chloride and/or zinc/calcium bromide to achieve a clear, solids-free fluid over a wide range of densities and crystallization temperatures.
CALCIUM BROMIDE 52%
Sodium BROMIDE 45%
Sodium Bromide Solution is an inorganic compound with the formula NaBr.nH2O. Sodium Bromide (NaBr) liquid is a single salt used to form clear- brine workover and completion fluids. These fluids are used where formation pressures require densities from 8.4 to 12.8 lb/gal (1,007 to 1,534 kg/m) or where the formation waters contain high concentrations of bicarbonate and sulfate ions. NaBr can be mixed with NaCl to obtain densities up to 12.8 lb/gal (1,534 kg/m). NaBr/NaCl systems are more economical than pure NaBr solutions.
AMMONIUM CHLORIDE
Calcium Bromide Solution is used as a completion and workover fluid to control wellbore pressures in upstream oil & gas operations. It can be used alone or mixed with calcium chloride and/or zinc/calcium bromide to achieve a clear, solids-free fluid over a wide range of densities and crystallization temperatures.
